Home-Based Business Licence Applications
Many people may want to start a business selling something that they have made, but do not require a space in a commercial building to carry on their business and wish to use their place of residence as their business location. A home-based business means an occupation or profession carried on as an auxiliary use incidental to the residential use of the dwelling. The primary use of the building remains residential, with the secondary use being a home occupation.
To apply for a home-based Business Licence, you must complete and submit the appropriate application form(s). These forms are available at the Business Licence office and are also available to download in PDF format:

- (Up to 1 customer at a time, 1 per day, cannot be auxillary building)
