Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your Business Licence, please fill out a Business Licence Cancellation Form [PDF - 111 KB] and return it to the Business Licence Department.

If you have already made a payment for you Business Licence renewal, and would like to cancel it before 180 days, you may apply for a refund. You will be required to complete and submit a Business Licence Cancellation Form [PDF - 111 KB]. Refund cheques will be mailed out and may take approximately 4 weeks to process.
