Processing Times

The time required to process a Business Licence can vary, depending on the type of application and the time of year.

Business Licence with a location / Home Occupations:

An application without approvals may take 2-3 weeks to go through the approval process.

After the application is approved, an invoice and business licence will be mailed out within 1-2 business days.  Once the payment is received a sticker will be mailed back to be put onto the business licence for validation.

Business Licence without a location:

Once the application is received it may take 1-2 business days for us to mail out the invoice and business licence.

If you are planning to come into our office during the licence renewal period, please expect some waiting times.
