Council set to review financial plan

City Council will review a new 5-year financial plan and deliberate on 2017 budgets for all City operations during three days of Council meetings scheduled for Feb. 21, 22 and 23. Deliberations will get underway at 9:00 a.m. each day and wrap up at approximately 4:00 p.m.

Annual budget deliberations cover a wide array of spending decisions in both operating and capital budgets.
