* What do we mean by Directory Mode?
The "directory browsing" feature has been turned on for folders holding Council meetings files. This means that you can use your browser to see the primary web page files (.asp) video files (.wmv), and flashpaper agenda files (.swf) exactly as they are on the web server. This is normally not done, but in this case, it allows you to:

1. Open a video file as a "progressive download" instead of as a "video stream" (technically, two different things).
2. Save a copy of any file by right-clicking the file name and choosing "Save Target As..." or "Save Link As..."
