Learn to swim, take up ballroom dancing, practice yoga or explore your community. Whether you're interested in improving your health, meeting new people or experiencing a new activity, you'll find a wide variety of programs and opportunities for all interests and all ages.

These courses are held on both at the Community Centre and at a number of off-site community locations. Check the class schedules for times and locations.
 

 
Upcoming Events

The Olympic Flame is coming to the City of Penticton!

Penticton welcomes the Olympic Torch on Monday January 25 – celebration activities are planned from 12:00–2:00 pm in front of the SOEC on the VANOC stage, followed by the Okanagan Symphony Orchestra, sport demonstrations and historical exhibits inside the Events Centre from 2:00-3:30 pm.  The Celebration Event will close outside with freestyle skiing demonstrations (weather permitting) and live bands starting at 3:30 pm.

We are expecting the Torch to arrive on stage at the event site shortly before 1:30 pm.
