Proclamation “Crime Stoppers Month” January 2020
Council proclaimed the month of January 2020 as “Crime Stoppers Month” in the City of Penticton.
City of Penticton Generation Study
Shawn Filice, Electric Utility Manager, and Anna Le, Midgard Consulting, provided Council with a presentation on the City of Penticton Generation Study. Council directed staff to discuss the City of Penticton Generation Study findings with the Community Sustainability Advisory Committee and to report back to Council in the first Quarter of 2020 on options moving forward with a power generation project.
2020-2024 Financial Plan Bylaw No. 2020-01
Council gave first three readings to the “2020-2024 Five Year Financial Plan Bylaw No. 2020-01”.
Temporary Use Permit PL2019-8672
Re: 647 Okanagan Avenue East
Council approved “Temporary Use Permit Pl22019-8672”, a permit to allow the use ‘indoor amusement, entertainment and recreation’ to allow the operation of a parkour facility located at 647 Okanagan Avenue East, for a three-year period.
