To report a non-emergency issue after hours, you can fill out our online form. Your submission will be directed to the appropriate contact at the City and all requests will be addressed.
When explaining the situation, please be sure to include the following information:
- your first and last name
- your contact information (phone and/or email)
- address of your complaint
- your relationship to the property or individual you are making the complaint about
- details of the issue
This information is strictly confidential and will not be released to anyone without the informant’s consent, or if required in an adjudication hearing or a court of law through due process. Anonymous complaints are not accepted.
