  Agency Agreement
  Required when the registered owner is not the applicant.

  Site Disclosure Statement (Ministry of Environment)
  Rezoning, Development Permits, Subdivision, and Building Permits (where soil disturbance is likely to occur) are triggers for a Site Disclosure Statement.  Properties with current, or a history of, specified industrial and commercial uses are required to submit the Site Disclosure Statement.  

  Site Disclosure Waiver
  The City of Penticton requires applicants who are not submitting a Site Disclosure Statement under the Environmental Management Act to submit a Site Disclosure Waiver.

• Landscape Inspection & Refund Request

  If you paid a Landscape Security Deposit and the works are completed, you may apply to have the monies refunded.

  ​Landscape Inspections will not be conducted as of November 1, 2023.  Inspections will re-open in Spring 2024 (weather permitting).

• Online Credit Card Payments

  The Planning Department is pleased to offer online credit card payments for development applications (excluding Board of Variance and Cannabis Retail Store applications).

  In order to pay for your development application online, please submit a completed application.  In turn, an invoice and access code will be emailed to you.  You will need the Folder Number (i.e. PL001234) and access code to pay online.  You then will go to Online Services & Payments, click on the My Payments button, and then Permits, Development Fees and Property Information Requests from the Payments screen.

  Please note that online payments are subject to a convenience fee presented at checkout (currently 2.5%, subject to change).  The maximum payment per transaction is $25,000.
