To report a non-emergency bylaw issue, please fill out our online form. All requests will be forwarded to the appropriate contact for consideration.

Bylaw Services Office Hours - Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m, (closed 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. lunch hour)
Bylaw Enforcement Officers - On duty between 7 a.m. and 6:30 p.m, 7 days a week
Community Safety Officers - On duty between 6 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., 7 days a week.
