Stage 2 water restrictions are currently in effect due to drought conditions across the South Okanagan. Low winter snowpack, below‑average rainfall and reduced lake and reservoir levels mean water supplies are under pressure. Residents are urged to conserve water now to help reduce overall use by 20 per cent.
