Quench Your Thirst & Cool Down

Heading to a major outdoor festival or event? Bring your water bottles and look for the City's Quench Buggy, which supplies clean drinking water, as pictured below. It also features misters on the front and back, providing an opportunity to cool off on hot days.

All-Ages Cooling Hub

Gyro Park in downtown Penticton is now home to a permanent public cooling station, providing mists of water for people of all ages to refresh on hot days. This hub includes an accessible walkway, with misters that double as decorative solar lights by night. Each mister will be individually triggered by an activation button, set on a timer.
