The Accessibility Committee that will make recommendations to Council based on the actions identified in the City of Penticton's Accessibility Plan 2023- 2026 is now up and running.
Kristi Bauman, Randy Boras, Trisha Kaplan, James Ludvigson, Heather Miller, Grant Pattingale, Krista Russo and Leanne Williams have been appointed to serve and have direct knowledge or interest and/or experience in accessibility. The Council liaison will be Councillor Amelia Boultbee.
The committee will assist in identifying accessibility and inclusion barriers and advise how to remove and prevent any barriers that the community members experience in the course of interacting with the City.
