Cram the Cruiser returns Friday to support locals this holiday season

Service Announcement

Penticton’s Public Safety teams are holding their annual Cram the Cruise event this Friday, Dec. 19, to help those in need during the holiday season.

An RCMP police cruiser will be set up outside Real Canadian Superstore from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. to collect non-perishable food donations and toys for individuals and families throughout our community.

All contributions will go directly to the Salvation Army Food Bank. The items most in need this year include crackers, soup, cereal, pasta, Kraft dinner, canned vegetables, canned proteins and toiletries. Financial donations are also accepted and appreciated.

Members of the Penticton RCMP and Community Policing, Penticton Fire Department and Penticton Bylaw Department will take part in the event.
