GoByBike Week rolls into Penticton May 30 to June 5

Service Announcement

GoByBike Week returns May 30- June 5 to Penticton. This annual event includes a variety of events and activities to promote travelling by two wheels; the City is reminding residents to expect extra pedal and foot traffic throughout the community.

Whether cycling is part of your daily routine, or something you want to learn more about, residents are encouraged to visit the daily celebration stations and the chance to win prizes. The City will be hosting the following two stations:

  • Tuesday, June 2 from 7.30 a.m. -9 a.m. Join the breakfast station at Princess Margaret.
  • Thursday, June 4 from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. Decorate your bike at the Penticton Night Market booth.

Visit gobybikebc.ca/penticton for a full schedule that includes a family night at Penticton Safety Village and a pop-up at the Penticton Night Market. Residents are also encouraged to register and log their rides at gobybikebc.ca for the chance to win grand prizes.
