The KVR Trail Strategy is ready for its next phase of public feedback as the plan begins to take shape. Residents are now invited to share their thoughts on defining the community vision for the trail, establish project objectives and help identify additional features and amenities to enhance the trail experience.
Opportunities exist to improve key spaces along the City portion of the route and we want to hear what the community envisions for these areas. Does the proposed vision align with what you’d like to see in the coming years? Are the objectives guiding the plan reflective of your priorities? Your feedback will help ensure the strategy meets the needs of residents and visitors alike.
“This phase of the strategy is about aligning the community’s vision with clear objectives that will guide how the trail evolves,” says Ysabel Contreras, parks planner. “We want to make sure the priorities and amenities identified by residents are reflected in the plan so the KVR Trail continues to support the community and visitors for years to come.”
