Service Announcement
Power to the roughly 5,000 customers impacted by a power outage this morning has been fully restored.
The loss of power, shortly after 10 a.m., was due to a loss of supply from Fortis at the Westminster substation. Power was fully restored by 11:30 a.m. It has still not been determined if the cold weather was a factor in the interruption.
Power has also been restored at the Community Centre and the pools/aquatics area will reopen at noon today.
