Swing set closed for repairs this week at Skaha Lake Park playground

Service Announcement

A damaged swing set at Skaha Lake Park Rotary Playworld will be out of service this week as Parks crews remove and replace it with a new unit.

The remainder of the park and playground will be open as usual. Anyone heading to the playground should be aware of heavy equipment and construction work in the area, which will be cordoned off for the public’s safety.

Installation of the new swing set is anticipated to be completed by the end of this week, reopening by Saturday, Oct. 18.

Thank you for your cooperation. For more details about Penticton’s parks, visit penticton.ca/parks.
