The City of Penticton will be upgrading the software that is currently used for your electric, water and sewer utility services.
During the transition period, MyCity will be unavailable from February 28 at 4 p.m. to March 3 at 8 a.m. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Upon completion of the upgrade, customers should not expect any significant changes however might notice some minor formatting differences on their utility bills. We ask for your understanding as the City navigates this new interface.
