The information collected through this Family Reunification Application is intended solely to support reunification efforts for individuals and families affected by the Bald Creek Wildfire.
Personal information will be used only for the purpose of facilitating contact, locating family members, and coordinating support services where appropriate. While every effort will be made to assist, submission of this application does not guarantee successful reunification.
Information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and shared only with authorized agencies and personnel involved in emergency response and recovery efforts.
If your loved one is located, ESSP staff will advise them that you have reached out and are seeking to make contact.
Please note that if we are unable to locate the individual, no further updates will be provided regarding this submission. We kindly ask that you do not contact the City or ESSP for status updates, as staff are focused on processing requests and supporting those affected.
