Site work has started on the intersection of Martin St. and Eckhardt Ave. as part of the construction of the Lake-to-Lake Bike Route. The signals will be dissembled and replaced with a three-way stop while site work is completed and new signals are installed. Drivers should expect periodic delays and may want to avoid this intersection and take alternate routes while this work occurs over the next three weeks.
