Service Announcement
City crews have been called out to the site of a failed water main on Eckhardt Avenue between Westminster Avenue and Comox Street. Anyone driving through this area tonight is being warned to slow down, watch for traffic controllers and anticipate delays while repairs are being conducted.
The City’s Utilities crews will attempt to excavate and repair the water main with minimal disruption to surrounding homes and businesses. All road and parking lot accesses remain open.
However, traffic will be slowed and reduced to single lanes while dealing with the repair. The City of Penticton appreciates your patience at this time.
