Cheers to Penticton’s eight breweries! Penticton Beer Week is coming up from Oct. 15-23, 2021, and as part of the celebrations, they have united to create their annual collaboration beer – Golden Sour with Honey.
This limited edition will be available from the breweries, with further details to be released soon. Watch for the latest updates involving Penticton Beer Week on Visit Penticton’s website in the coming weeks.
Penticton was named Canada’s Craft Beer Capital by the iconic travel bible, Lonely Planet. And now, we eagerly await the opening of two more craft brewery locations.
This includes Highway 97 Brewing Co. on Ellis Street, just steps from Cannery Brewing. Expect a huge patio space, indoor seating and a full kitchen, opening this fall.
Also, Abandoned Rail Brewing Company is putting the finishing touches on their conversion of the former Trail Store on the KVR Trail, at 1220 Davenport Avenue. It will offer an indoor tasting room, patios and lounge, also opening this fall.
