The City of Penticton would like to remind residents that City Hall remains closed until Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2023.
If you need to pay a bill, here are some options:
- Pay through your bank online or by telephone.
- Through MyPayments with a credit card, available at penticton.ca/online.
- To pay by cash or cheque, you can deposit your payment into the drop box located at the right-hand side of the front entrance of City Hall (be sure to include a ticket / bill stub).
To report an issue or make a suggestion:

Opening hours of other City facilities
Fitness room access and the drop-in sports schedule are available at penticton.ca/communitycentre.
McLaren Arena skating schedules are available at penticton.ca/mclarenarena.
Pool hours are available at penticton.ca/aquatics. Limited Aquafit classes will be available during this time; reserve your spot at penticton.ca/register.
