Through this Request for Proposals, the City of Penticton invites submissions for Mechanical upgrade at the Penticton Public Library, including the removal and replacement of existing air handling equipment and a rooftop unit, as well as supply, installation, and integration of new mechanical systems into the existing Direct Digital Control (DDC) system. The work shall be carried out in accordance with all applicable codes, standards and regulatory requirements.
