The Penticton Curling Club is excited to welcome some of Sweden's top international curlers to Penticton for a special FREE curling clinic on Tuesday, October 6, from 6:00–8:00 pm (registration required).
The clinic will feature members of Sweden's 2026 World Men's Curling Championship team, including Team Eriksson, along with Rasmus Wranå, the 2026 Olympic Mixed Doubles Gold Medalist.
Sweden captured the 2026 World Men's Curling Championship in April, while Rasmus Wranå and his sister Isabella won Olympic gold in mixed doubles at the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics.
The clinic will provide junior curlers from throughout the South Okanagan, including Kelowna, with an opportunity to learn directly from athletes who compete at the highest level of international curling.
The clinic is also open to a limited number of adult curlers, with space for up to 40 participants in total.
Following the on-ice clinic, participants and guests will have the opportunity to take part in a special question-and-answer session, allowing them to meet the athletes and ask questions about their Olympic andWorld Championship experiences, training and competitive curling.
