The City of Penticton (the “City”) invites qualified Respondents to submit Proposals for consulting services to review and update to the City of Penticton’s Development Cost Charges (DCC) Bylaw 2022-38. The Consultant will be responsible for leading the process to see a new DCC Bylaw adopted and in place by mid 2027.
