The City of Penticton is seeking proposals from qualified service providers to implement and operate a shared e-mobility program, specifically focused on e-scooters and e-bikes (cargo bikes, bike trailers etc.). The City’s Micromobility Program is part of its participation in the BC Electric Kick Scooter Pilot Program. The Contract resulting from this RFP will be the City of Penticton’s Services Agreement. The term of the contract will commence upon execution and continue until April 2028. The City reserves the right to extend the contract under the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional one-year terms, subject to the direction of British Columbia’s Ministry of Transportation following the conclusion of the provincial pilot.
