Through this Request for Proposals, the City of Penticton is seeking joint proposals from an Electrical Consultant and an Electrical Contractor, submitting together as partners, to support the delivery of a new firehall using an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) method.
This approach emphasizes early collaboration, shared responsibility, and alignment of project objectives among the Owner and key project participants. The successful Respondent will be expected to work collaboratively with the City and other project partners to provide collective leadership throughout the planning, design, and construction phases of the Project.
