Due to the current labour dispute between Canada Post and its workers, we are encouraging customers to prepare for the possible impacts of any service disruption as it relates to payments being received on time.
Customers are responsible for keeping accounts up to date and ensuring that your payments reach the City of Penticton by the due date regardless of any Canada Post service disruption.
For information on how to access and pay your utility bill, including creating an account at MyCity or paying online at MyPayments, visit www.penticton.ca/utilities.
