The City is reminding customers that their utility bill deadline will be coming up in December, even if a physical bill has not yet arrived in the mail. Customers are still responsible for ensuring that their payments are received on time regardless of the postal service disruptions. The City has two monthly billing cycles, so please be aware of your upcoming deadline.
• November 15, 2024 bills are due December 9, 2024
• November 29, 2024 bills are due December 23, 2024
As a reminder, the City will be issuing automated calls today (Dec. 5) and tomorrow (Dec. 6) to customers who still have balances owing for the December 9 due date. If you are uncertain about your deadline, you can refer to the billing dates found at the top right of your previous bills.
The public is encouraged to access their utility billing information using the City’s online platform MyCity. For information on how to access and pay your utility bill, including creating an account at MyCity or paying online at My Payments, visit penticton.ca/utilities.
The customer service team is available to assist you by email at utilities@penticton.ca, calling 250-490-2489, or in-person at City Hall Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
