Through this Request for Proposals, the City of Penticton invites submissions for the replacement of the Penticton Pier, consisting of the following works:
• Removal of existing pier, vegetation, and pathway including pavers and concrete
• Construction of new pier
• Placement of rip rap
• Installation of new landscaping including lighting, walkway, vegetation and irrigation
Substantial Performance for all Work should be achieved no later than April 30th, 2026.
