Through this Request for Proposals, the City of Penticton invites qualified Engineering Firms to submit proposals for the provision of professional engineering services, required by the City to manage the upgrade of existing aeration equipment at the City’s Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant (AWWTP). The project includes condition assessment, preliminary and detailed design, RFP support, construction administration, commissioning, and project closeout for new aeration blowers and associated systems. The objective is to improve energy efficiency, operational reliability, and process performance while maintaining regulatory compliance and uninterrupted plant operations. The Contract resulting from this RFP will be the City of Penticton’s Professional Services Agreement, as detailed in Part C of this RFP.
