Through this Request for Proposals, the City of Penticton invites Proposals for the construction of a series of upgrades at the Advanced Waste Water Treatment Plant (AWWTP), including Headworks: Channel Concrete Remediation, Bioreactors: Slide Gates Replacement, Bioreactors: Nitrified Mixed Liquor Return Pump, Secondary Clarifier 3, Chemical Electrical Building, and Buried Piping works.
Ready-for-takeover must be achieved by May 29, 2027.
The Contract resulting from this RFP will be the CCDC (Canadian Construction Documents Committee) 2 - 2020 Stipulated Price Contract, together with the Supplementary Conditions, and the Contract Documents as detailed in the RFP.
